THIS Project located in OZGOL neighborhood. According to the context of the plan and in the way of major goals of city, in the first step, there has been an attempt to create propensity for the presence of pedestrians in the public space, which has led to the design of attractive urban services ways and mixing different activities together.
The project is divided into two areas: residential and utilities. The residential area includes the habitable zone and the related services areas. The service zone and the related service, commercial and cultural activities layers of work office activities throughout the complex help to ensure non-single functional and increase activity whole the day in the zone.
